Delivery Time Policy

Please be advised that we now require a minimum of 3 days from the time of order placement to prepare your arrangement. Plan your orders accordingly to ensure timely delivery.

For urgent deliveries or to request a preferred delivery time, call us at 818 633 1306 post-order. We will try our best to meet your needs, subject to our order volume.

In the event of no one being available to accept the delivery, our standard policy is to return the arrangement to our shop. If you prefer unattended delivery at the door, please provide specific instructions during the order process. Note that additional charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
